Children’s Privacy & Safety Notice

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Parent or legal guardian required. TERIXAI Kids is designed to be opened and supervised by an adult. A child must not independently register for or manage an account.

Parent-managed access

In the current website version, a parent or legal guardian creates a local child learning profile on the same browser and controls access using a parent PIN. The child profile should use a nickname only. Do not enter a child's full name, home address, phone number, school, photograph, precise location or other sensitive information.

Important technical limitation

The current profile and PIN are stored in this browser only. This is a convenience gate, not verified adult identity, not a secure online account, and not proof of legally valid parental consent. Clearing browser data may remove the profile. A production service must implement secure server-side parent accounts, age-appropriate consent and withdrawal workflows, access controls, audit records, retention limits and appropriate security before collecting or synchronising children's personal data.

Learning content and external services

TERIXAI Kids provides learning activities intended for adult-supervised use. External video services, including YouTube, may expose children to third-party content, recommendations, cookies or data practices controlled by those providers. A parent should select and supervise any external video. TERIXAI does not control third-party services.

No public social features

The Kids area is not intended to provide public chat, direct messaging, public child profiles, child-to-child contact or targeted advertising. Do not publish children's work, images or personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate guardian permission.

Contact and requests

A parent or legal guardian may contact mohamednagi327@gmail.com with questions or privacy requests. Do not send sensitive child information by email unless it is necessary and appropriate.

Applicable law

TERIXAI is operated from Morocco. Personal-data processing must be assessed against Moroccan Law 09-08 and applicable CNDP formalities, as well as any other laws that apply to users or services. This notice is informational and is not legal advice.
